Pineapple avocado matcha smoothie


This is a fresh, green smoothie in which the fruit and herb flavors predominate. 

Ingredients (makes 2 smoothies)
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 small cucumber, cut into cubes
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup pineapple juice or coconut water
- 5 basil or mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons matcha

Place all ingredients into the blender and purée until smooth. Taste, adjust the ingredients and enjoy!
